Our mushroom products can be roughly divided into 2 categories, namely mushroom extract powder/concentrate and taste accelerators.
Create an intense mushroom flavour for your mushroom soups, sauces or other recipes. Our mushroom extract powder and mushroom extract concentrate intensify the mushroom flavour in your products. In addition, the naturally occurring umami provides depth and enrichment of flavour.
Our Taste Accelerator has been developed to enhance flavour intensity in your application without adding extra flavour of your own. It is based on mushrooms rich in glutamate and the ribonucleotides inosinate and guanylate. These provide umami synergy and function as a natural flavour enhancer.
