Sustainability at DFI

Welcome to DFI, where sustainability is not just an aspiration, but is reflected in our daily operations. For us, the future of our planet is at the heart of our business, and we are proud to share that we are fully committed to a greener and more sustainable world. Here are some pillars of our sustainability policy:

1. Solar energy: 100% of our energy needs are generated by our own solar panels, making us energy-neutral. By investing in renewable energy, we not only reduce our carbon footprint but also contribute to the transition to clean energy.

2. Geothermal heat pump: Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond electricity. We use a ground source heat pump to generate heat, reducing our reliance on traditional heating systems and contributing to reduced greenhouse gas emissions.

3. Water conservation: We are conscious about managing water resources. Rainwater is collected at our premises and carefully returned to the earth, thus sustainably managing one of our most valuable natural resources.

4. Reuse of materials: Reducing waste is a priority at DFI. We reuse plastic and cardboard to reduce our ecological impact and promote a circular approach to materials.

5. Gas-free and carbon-neutral: We currently operate completely gas-free and CO2-neutral. In doing so, we are actively trying to contribute to the fight against climate change.
